Service Terms & Conditions

a. Scope of Services

Anytime Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. Services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

b. Access & Preparation

Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property during the scheduled time. Please secure pets, and ensure areas to be cleaned are free of hazardous materials or obstructions.

c. Supplies & Equipment

We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you require the use of your own products, this must be communicated in advance and is subject to approval.

Pricing & Payment Policy

• All rates are subject to change based on scope, location, and condition of the property.

• A one-time setup fee applies for first-time clients.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made.

• We accept multiple forms of digital payments and cash.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension and possible collection activity.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Same-day cancellations may result in a $25 fee.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to termination of service.

• If we cannot access your property at the scheduled time (e.g., key/code issue), a lockout fee may apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Liability

We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.

However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

• Items not disclosed as fragile, loose, or unstable.

• Pet-related incidents during service.

Clients are responsible for securing valuables and sensitive materials.
